Swatch Store Manager

- Optimize store performance in alignment with brand goals, focusing on quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
- Lead and manage the store team, including recruitment, training, and development of employees.
- Enhance customer service by instilling brand passion within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Boost sales by setting and achieving sales targets, enhancing key performance indicators, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain store image through effective merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage work schedules, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Oversee store organization, including inventory management and logistical tasks.
- Ensure the security and safety of goods and personnel, adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in store management or as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in sales strategy and marketing activities.
- Numerically oriented with a commitment to brand representation.

Proven experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably in the watch or luxury goods sector.
