1. Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service to achieve store goals.
2. Implement productivity programs and coach team members to enhance performance.

5. Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to evolving business needs.

1. 3-5 years of retail store management experience, with a preference for specialty retail.
2. Demonstrated passion for the Swatch brand and its cultural values.

3. Ability to lead and maintain an efficient and cohesive store operation.
4. Strong team orientation and leadership capabilities.

A minimum of 3-5 years in retail store management, preferably within specialty retail environments.
