1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
5. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic.
6. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
