Swatch Store Manager

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Embody and promote Swatch/Flik-Flak values, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Optimize sales results through strategic action plans and continuous adjustments.
- Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure product availability.
- Enhance customer acquisition and loyalty through superior service and presentation.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support team development in sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
- Organize store operations to maximize customer service efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance personal product and technique knowledge through continuous learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in watch sales.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities.
A minimum of 5 years in team management, ideally within the watch sales sector.
An attractive salary package with additional compensation including a 13th month and commissions.
The position offers hospital insurance, meal vouchers, ecocheques, and mobility or bike travel reimbursements.
