Swatch Store Manager
Swatch Group is a multinational corporation renowned for its production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. - Drive the development and performance of the store in alignment with the company's commercial strategy.
- Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee merchandising, stock management, and order processing.
- Implement and monitor key qualitative and quantitative objectives, including sales forecasts and performance indicators.
- Conduct daily analysis of sales results and identify causes for any downturns.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, setting objectives and supporting their professional growth.
- Manage schedules, task distribution, and conduct briefings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to hygiene, safety, and labor laws.
- Manage stock levels and oversee inventory processes.
- Execute after-sales service operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in autonomous retail management.
- Strong affinity for the watchmaking and luxury sectors.
- Demonstrated team management and development experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with a strong commercial acumen.
Substantial experience in sales, particularly within the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors, with a history of managing a retail outlet independently.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
