Swatch Store Manager

Swatch Group is a multinational company engaged in the production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. With 16 watch brands, the Group is present in all price segments and has a strong distribution network, including its own multi-brand network with specialized stores, Tourbillon Boutique and Hour Passion. Swatch Group is also a significant player in the manufacturing and sale of electronic systems used in the watch industry and other sectors.

1. Develop the store's business activities and lead a team by applying the company's commercial policy.
2. Drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
3. Manage merchandising, stock, and orders.
4. Implement key qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by the commercial policy.
5. Monitor sales forecasts and key indicators.
6. Analyze daily results and identify causes of activity slowdown or revenue loss.
7. Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate, and support the professional development of team members.
8. Define team objectives and support actions towards achieving them.
9. Manage schedules, distribute tasks, and conduct briefings and meetings.
10. Ensure compliance with regulations (hygiene, safety, labor law) and legal postings.
11. Manage stock and inventories.
12. Execute after-sales service.

1. Commercial education background Bac+3 to Bac+5.
2. Solid experience in sales.
3. Passion for the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
4. Experience managing a store independently.
5. Strong sensitivity to products and knowledge of the sector.
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
7. Experience in team management and development.

2. Enthusiastic and dynamic with a strong commercial temperament.

Previous experience in managing a store independently and developing team members.

Commercial education background Bac+3 to Bac+5.
