1. Drive the development and performance of the store in alignment with the company's commercial strategy.
2. Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Oversee merchandising, stock management, and order processing.
4. Implement and monitor key qualitative and quantitative objectives, including sales forecasts and performance indicators.
5. Conduct daily analysis of sales results and identify causes for any downturns.
6. Recruit, train, and develop staff, setting objectives and supporting their professional growth.
7. Manage schedules, task distribution, and conduct briefings and meetings.
8. Ensure compliance with regulations related to hygiene, safety, and labor laws.
9. Manage stock levels and oversee inventory processes.
10. Execute after-sales service operations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Proven experience in autonomous retail management.
3. Strong affinity for the watchmaking and luxury sectors.
4. Demonstrated team management and development experience.

1. Fluency in English is required.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Dynamic and enthusiastic with a strong commercial acumen.

Substantial experience in sales, particularly within the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors, with a history of managing a retail outlet independently.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
