1. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and set sales targets.
2. Coach the team to meet sales targets and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
3. Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, payroll control, and inventory processes.
4. Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team.
5. Promote a positive work environment and manage performance evaluations and development plans.
6. Execute merchandise launches in line with company standards and maintain store presentation.
7. Maintain safety standards and act as a policy and procedure role model.

1. At least 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. At least 5 years of customer service experience.
3. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
4. Experience working with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
3. Ability to build strong relationships and work well both independently and in team environments.
4. Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
5. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership role, with a preference for experience in fashion and accessories, and 5 years in customer service.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.
