Swatch Store Manager

1. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and set sales targets.
2. Coach the team to meet sales targets and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
3. Manage daily operations, schedule staff efficiently, and control payroll.
4. Adhere to inventory control processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
5. Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team.
6. Promote a positive work environment and manage performance evaluations and development plans.
7. Execute merchandise launches in line with company standards and maintain store presentation.
8. Maintain safety standards and act as a policy and procedure role model.

4. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate retail team.

2. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
3. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
4. Experience working with POS systems.

At least 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories, and at least 5 years of customer service experience.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

The position is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and involves moderate physical effort with significant walking and standing required. The role requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding of boxes and store fixtures.
