Swatch Store Manager

- Manage the overall operations of the store, ensuring customer service excellence, effective staff management, and optimal stock management.
- Conduct daily store and stock checks to maintain brand presence and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the team to organize work schedules for sales staff.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure the store is maintained in a clean and presentable manner.
- Prepare and submit necessary sales and stock reports to the head office.
- Efficiently operate the POS system, ensuring all sales transactions align with daily sales turnover.
- Monitor and review stock levels, advising the Retail Manager on strategies to increase sales.
- Conduct daily audits of stock management, including merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales.
- Manage customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products.
- Motivate and encourage staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Lead the team with discipline and integrity, collaborating with the Retail Manager to develop internal training programs.
- Evaluate sales performance daily and motivate sales staff according to guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team, setting clear expectations and providing direction.
- Provide the Retail Manager with updates on store and staff management issues, discussing suggestions for business improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales operations, with a passion for watches.
- Leadership skills, service-minded, sales-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Minimum of 1 year in retail sales operations, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
