Swatch Store Manager

1. Manage the store operations and achieve sales targets.
2. Oversee daily operations including customer service, staff management, stock management, and brand presence.
3. Conduct daily store and stock checks to ensure brand presence and accuracy.
4. Coordinate work schedules for sales staff.
5. Achieve monthly sales budgets.
6. Maintain store cleanliness.
7. Prepare necessary sales and stock reports for the head office.
8. Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure accurate sales transactions.
9. Monitor and review stock levels, considering customer needs and trends.
10. Conduct daily audits of stock management.
11. Manage customer reservations and waiting lists.
12. Motivate and encourage sales staff.
13. Ensure high standards of customer service.
14. Lead the team with discipline and integrity.
15. Collaborate with the Retail Manager on training and coaching programs.
16. Evaluate sales performance and motivate staff.
17. Provide updates to the Retail Manager on store and staff management issues.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in retail sales operations.
3. Passion for watches and experience with fast-moving goods/products.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales operations, preferably in the watch industry.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
