Swatch Store Manager

The Swatch Group is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of watches and jewelry, known for its innovative designs and high-quality products. The company operates a wide range of brands and has a strong presence in the luxury fashion industry.

1. Manage daily store operations, including customer service, staff management, stock management, and brand presence.
2. Conduct daily store and stock checks to ensure brand presence and accuracy.
3. Coordinate with the team to organize work schedules for sales staff.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
5. Prepare necessary sales and stock reports for the head office.
6. Efficiently operate the POS system and ensure accurate sales transactions.
7. Monitor and review stock levels, considering customer needs and trends.
8. Conduct daily audits of stock management, including merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales.
9. Manage customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products.
10. Motivate and encourage staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
11. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop internal training programs.
12. Evaluate sales performance and motivate sales staff according to guidelines.
13. Provide Retail Manager with updates on store and staff management issues.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in retail sales operations, preferably in fast-moving goods/products.
3. Leadership style, service-minded, sales-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to understand and present technical details.
5. Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
6. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales operations, preferably in the watch industry.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
