Swatch Store Manager

- Manage daily store operations, including customer service, staff management, and stock management.
- Ensure brand presence through effective merchandising and achieving sales turnover targets.
- Conduct daily store and stock checks to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.
- Organize work schedules for sales staff to optimize efficiency.
- Achieve monthly sales budgets and prepare necessary sales and stock reports for the head office.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, ensuring accurate sales transactions.
- Monitor stock levels, considering customer needs and trends, and advise the Retail Manager on strategies to increase sales.
- Conduct daily audits of stock management, including merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales.
- Manage customer reservations and waiting lists for unavailable products.
- Motivate and coach sales representatives to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop internal training programs on selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Evaluate sales performance daily and motivate staff according to guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team, providing clear directions and setting expectations.
- Provide reviews and updates to the Retail Manager on store and staff management issues.
- Discuss business improvement suggestions with the Retail Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales operations, preferably in the watch industry.
- Leadership skills with a service-minded and sales-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales operations, with a preference for experience in the watch industry.
