1. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
2. Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, payroll control, and inventory management.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team.
4. Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with company standards.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
2. At least 4 years of customer service and retail experience.
3. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Results-driven with high energy and enthusiasm.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail leadership role, with at least 4 years in customer service and retail environments.

Starting base pay of $55,000 plus monthly performance bonus.
