1. Oversee daily store operations ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
4. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to maximize profitability.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with customer demand.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
