1. Design and implement retail design concepts for Swatch Points of Sale (POS) in alignment with corporate identity.
2. Manage the entire store design process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Swatch design guidelines.
3. Independently oversee projects, ensuring they meet timeline and quality standards.
4. Manage store budgets, control project costs, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
5. Collaborate with external contractors, consultants, clients, and internal departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations, and Logistics.
6. Supervise external architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
7. Communicate relevant information effectively to direct managers and tactfully handle sensitive information.
8. Resolve or escalate project challenges promptly.
9. Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.
10. Benchmark and align costs to initial estimations throughout project development.

1. University Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or project management.

1. Proficiency in CAD, preferably AutoCAD.
2. Competence in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Creativity and attention to detail with strong knowledge of construction details and building processes.
4. Financial acumen in architectural projects with the ability to analyze and evaluate costs and budgets.
5. Effective multitasking and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or related fields, with a focus on project management.

University Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related fields.
