Swatch Store Development Project Leader

- Design and implement retail design concepts for Swatch Points of Sale (POS) in alignment with corporate identity.
- Manage the entire store design process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to Swatch design guidelines.
- Independently oversee projects, ensuring they meet timeline and quality standards.
- Manage store budgets, control project costs, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Collaborate with external contractors, consultants, clients, and internal departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations, and Logistics.
- Supervise external architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
- Communicate relevant information effectively to direct managers and tactfully handle sensitive information.
- Resolve or escalate project challenges promptly.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.
- Benchmark and align costs to initial estimations throughout project development.
- University Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or project management.
- Proficiency in CAD, preferably AutoCAD.
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creativity and attention to detail with strong knowledge of construction details and building processes.
- Financial acumen in architectural projects with the ability to analyze and evaluate costs and budgets.
- Effective multitasking and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or related fields, with a focus on project management.
University Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related fields.
