- Help manage Swatch’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
- Research and report on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Assist in analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help foster a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns, ensuring Swatch stands out online.
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Marketing, Photography, Graphic Design, Communications, or related program.
- Passion for social media, creativity, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Basic experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
