Swatch Shop Supervisor

1. Assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales and non-sales objectives of the boutique.
2. Provide sales supervision on the selling floor and monitor service standards.
3. Support the Shop Manager in performance management, including evaluation and motivation of sales staff and staff discipline.
4. Maintain good stock management and merchandising display in the boutique.
5. Oversee general shop administration to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor and review target stock levels and customer needs/buying trends, advising the Shop Manager on suggestions to increase sales.
7. Collect comments for analysis and reporting purposes and report to the Shop Manager.

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in the retail business with 2 years of supervisory experience.

1. Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both oral and written.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Good supervisory skills and ability to manage rosters.
4. Passionate about people management.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Minimum 6 years of experience in the retail business with 2 years of supervisory experience.
