1. Assist the Shop Manager in achieving both sales and non-sales objectives of the boutique.
2. Supervise sales activities on the selling floor and ensure service standards are met.
3. Support the Shop Manager in performance management, including evaluation and motivation of sales staff and maintaining staff discipline.
4. Maintain effective stock management and merchandising displays within the boutique.
5. Oversee general shop administration to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor and review target stock levels in line with customer needs and buying trends, advising the Shop Manager on strategies to increase sales.
7. Collect and analyze customer feedback for reporting purposes and communicate findings to the Shop Manager.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

1. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both oral and written.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Effective supervisory skills with the ability to manage staff rosters.
4. Passion for people management.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

A minimum of 6 years in the retail sector with at least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
