Swatch Shipping Coordinator

Distico is the logistics center for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands within the Swatch Group, distributing one of the most popular brands in the world and a leader in the Swiss watch industry.

1. Manage and coordinate shipping operations.
2. Liaise with the Swatch export team.
3. Handle operational shipping activities including shipment management, allocation, palletizing, wrapping, and strapping.
4. Ensure order and delivery tracking with relevant departments.
5. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers for product handling.
6. Optimize shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Estimate and communicate upcoming shipment volumes and weights.
8. Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and delivery notes.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and quick problem resolution.
10. Monitor performance indicators and suggest improvements.
11. Adhere to known shipper and safety regulations.
12. Manage teams in the absence of the Team Leader.

1. Logistics training or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in ERP SAP.
3. Proficiency in Office software tools.

Experience in logistics and shipping operations is required.
