1. Manage and coordinate shipping operations, acting as a key liaison with Swatch's export team.
2. Oversee operational shipping activities, including shipment management, allocation, palletization, wrapping, and strapping.
3. Ensure order and delivery tracking, maintaining internal communication with relevant departments.
4. Facilitate product handover to carriers and logistics providers.
5. Optimize shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Estimate and communicate upcoming shipment volumes and weights.
7. Participate in the preparation of shipping documents such as invoices and delivery notes.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, export) to ensure seamless communication and swift issue resolution.
9. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements.
10. Adhere to known shipper and security regulations.
11. Manage teams in the absence of the Team Leader.

1. Logistics training or equivalent qualification.
2. Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Experience in logistics or a related field, with a focus on shipping operations.
