Swatch Senior Retail Sales Advisor

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, including current and past collections, to offer detailed information to customers.
- Ensure thorough understanding of watch functions and other Swatch products to provide reliable after-sales service.
- Assist in merchandise display and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Supervise colleagues on the shop floor, offering immediate feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Control shrinkage through vigilant shop floor activity, merchandise handling, and secure transaction processing.
- Accurately report on administration and stock control, and communicate store issues in the absence of management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and delegate tasks to optimize productivity during peak times.
- Conduct and attend briefing sessions, ensuring clear communication at all levels within the store and with Swatch Group teams.
- Deliver product knowledge training to colleagues and stay informed on new collections.
- Assist store management in leading and inspiring the team, ensuring service standards align with Swatch guidelines.
- Passion for leading, motivating, and engaging a team.
- Drive to improve conversion rates and achieve store KPIs.
- Ability to develop team members through constructive feedback.
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer experiences.
- Initiative to support store management and propose improvements.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion accessories, with supervisory experience is preferred.
