Swatch Senior Retail Sales Advisor

- Greet and serve customers with a fast, friendly service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, past and present.
- Provide reliable information on guaranteed and after-sales service.
- Assist in merchandise display and contribute to reaching monthly sales targets.
- Oversee shop floor colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Control shrinkage through attentive action and careful operation of the till.
- Follow company policies for store opening and closing procedures.
- Accurately report all administration and stock control.
- Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the store and with wider Swatch Group teams.
- Attend and conduct briefing sessions as needed.
- Deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by line management.
- Lead and inspire colleagues in the absence of senior management.
- Passionate about leading, motivating, and engaging a team.
- Driven to improve conversion rates and meet KPIs.
- Enjoys developing team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer experience.
- Uses initiative to support store management and suggest improvements.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in handling administrative and stock control tasks.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
- Multilingual communication skills are advantageous.
Previous supervisory experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred, with experience dealing with international customers.
