Responsibilities
- Greet and serve all customers, providing a fast and friendly service.
- Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information to customers.
- Provide reliable information on guaranteed and after-sales service.
- Help display merchandise as directed.
- Contribute to the store reaching its monthly sales targets.
- Oversee colleagues on the shop floor to ensure best practices are adhered to.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage through attentive action on the shop floor.
- Maintain awareness of products and security hot spots.
- Follow company policy and procedures for opening/closing the store.
- Accurate reporting of all administration and stock control.
- Collate sales figures and communicate any issues in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable.
- Delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure productivity during peak trade.
- Attend and hold briefing sessions as directed.
- Deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections.
- Undertake duties and responsibilities as directed by the line manager.
- Assist the store management team to lead and inspire colleagues.

Skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the store and with the wider Swatch Group teams.
- Familiarity with international customer customs and culture.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
Experience Requirements
Previous supervisory experience and experience in retail and/or fashion accessories is preferred.
