Swatch Senior Retail Sales Advisor

- Greet and serve customers with a fast, friendly service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, both past and present.
- Provide reliable information on guarantees and after-sales service.
- Assist in merchandise display and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Oversee colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices, providing feedback as necessary.
- Control shrinkage through attentive shop floor action and secure transaction handling.
- Ensure accurate reporting of administration and stock control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and delegate tasks to ensure productivity.
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the store and with wider Swatch Group teams.
- Deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections.
- Passionate about leading, motivating, and engaging a team.
- Driven to improve conversion rates and meet KPIs.
- Enjoys developing team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Uses initiative to support store management and suggest improvements.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.

- Proficient in communication at all levels.
- Knowledgeable in product training and development.
- Capable of handling administrative and stock control tasks.
Previous supervisory experience and experience in retail or fashion accessories is preferred. Experience dealing with international customers and ability to communicate in multiple languages is advantageous.
