Swatch Senior Retail Sales Advisor

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Swatch products, including past and current collections, to inform customers effectively.
- Ensure accurate and reliable information is provided to customers regarding guarantees and after-sales services.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and oversee colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts through attentive merchandise handling and transaction security.
- Accurately report administrative and stock control data and communicate store issues in the absence of management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and delegate tasks to optimize productivity during peak times.
- Adhere to company policies and conduct briefing sessions as needed.
- Participate in regular training programs and deliver product knowledge to colleagues.
- Support the store management team by assuming senior responsibilities when necessary.
