Swatch Sales Planning Team Leader

- Oversee and manage a team of four full-time employees within the Sales Planning department.
- Coordinate the planning and ordering of Swatch Watches, Flik Flak, Bijoux, and Straps, including weekly and monthly forecasts, launch coordination, and market communication.
- Manage and train international markets on sales goals and launch requirements for new collections.
- Allocate limited availability products to markets and plan collateral merchandising materials.
- Resolve issues related to market orders of merchandising materials.
- Conduct sales analysis and integrate findings into planning processes.
- Develop and manage planning systems, including HQ Planning System, Merchandising Planning System, POS Database, and Launch Planning System.
- Lead cross-organizational meetings to review new product launches.
- Co-manage the Gazette Weekly Communication Platform and ensure continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Product Management to coordinate product issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management.
- Proven experience in leadership roles.
- Background in planning, sales, or supply chain management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of OLAP, PowerBI, SAP, or other analytical tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or German preferred.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within sales planning or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management.
