Swatch Sales Planning Analyst

- Manage Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, ensuring accurate forecasting and conducting detailed sales and stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international markets, addressing new and ongoing product and supply chain-related inquiries.
- Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and verification of Market Forecasts and Launch Plans for new product launches.
- Strategically allocate and manage low-stock or limited-edition watches for global markets in alignment with predefined strategies.
- Contribute to the testing and continuous improvement of Swatch’s in-house replenishment and forecasting systems.
- Develop trade catalogues for new launches, including Swatch and Flik Flak products.
- Perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for Swatch’s core product collections.
- Evaluate reproduction requirements for Swatch’s Novelty Collections.
- Forecast worldwide sales for the Core Collection.
- Lead or participate in special projects related to sales and planning as required.
- Commercial degree
- Background in Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English, French, and/or German
- Proficiency in PowerBI, SAP, or other analytical tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic
Experience in planning, sales, supply chain, logistics, or customer service is required.
Commercial degree
