Swatch Sales Planning Analyst

1. Manage Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, ensuring accurate forecasting and conducting detailed sales and stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for international markets, addressing new and ongoing product and supply chain-related inquiries.
3. Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and verification of Market Forecasts and Launch Plans.
4. Strategically allocate and manage low-stock or limited-edition watches for global markets in alignment with predefined strategies.
5. Contribute to the testing and continuous improvement of Swatch’s in-house replenishment and forecasting systems.
6. Develop trade catalogues for new launches, including Swatch and Flik Flak products.
7. Perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for Swatch’s core product collections.
8. Evaluate reproduction requirements for Swatch’s Novelty Collections.
9. Forecast worldwide sales for the Core Collection.
10. Lead or participate in special projects related to sales and planning as required.

2. Background in Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service

2. OLAP knowledge is a plus
