1. Lead and exemplify outstanding customer service to drive sales and meet targets.
2. Coach and develop sales associates to achieve performance goals.
3. Support store management in daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Maintain inventory control processes to minimize loss and ensure stock accuracy.
5. Execute and uphold visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's image.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and safety regulations.

1. Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
2. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build effective relationships and work well in team environments.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
4. High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for sales.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in retail sales, ideally within the fashion or accessories sector.

Starting base pay of $19.40 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
