1. Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and coach the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Support store management in daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
3. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
4. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives, ensuring the store presentation consistently reflects the brand’s image.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

1. Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building.
3. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
4. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory management.
4. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
5. Experience with POS systems.

A minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $17.70 per hour, plus a monthly performance bonus.
