1. Exemplify exceptional customer service and assist the team in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
2. Support store management in daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with corporate guidelines, ensuring the store's presentation reflects the brand's image.
4. Adhere to workplace safety standards and model company policies and procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

1. Minimum of two years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
3. Experience with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative.
3. Clear, concise, and understandable communication.
4. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably within the fashion and accessories sector.

Initial base salary of $17.70 per hour, plus a monthly performance bonus.
