1. Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Support store management in daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
3. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
4. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

1. At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
3. Experience working with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship-building abilities.
2. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
4. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $17.15 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.
