1. Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Support store management in daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
3. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
4. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

1. Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
4. Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

1. Strong relationship building skills.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
3. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
4. Experience working with POS systems.

At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $17.15 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

The role is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where the work involves moderate physical effort, including significant walking and standing. The environment is dynamic, requiring lifting and handling of boxes and store fixtures.
