1. Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to enhance customer experience and decision-making.
3. Support store management in daily operational tasks, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
4. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
5. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives.
6. Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

1. Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building.
3. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
4. Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
4. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
5. Experience with POS systems.

At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $17.15 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
