Swatch Sales Lead

- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a leadership role.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in retail management is a plus.
