Sales Lead

1. Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and coach the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Support store management in daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
3. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
4. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

1. Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2. Available for full-time work, minimum 35 hours per week.

4. Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.

Starting base pay of $19.40 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

The role is based in Vancouver, BC, and involves moderate physical effort with significant walking and standing required. The position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding of boxes and store fixtures.
