Sales Lead

1. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
2. Set sales targets and coach the team to meet these targets.
3. Manage daily operations and schedule staff efficiently.
4. Control payroll and adhere to inventory control processes.
5. Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes.
6. Promote a positive work environment and manage performance evaluations.
7. Execute merchandise launches in line with company standards.
8. Maintain store presentation and safety standards.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
4. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
5. Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

1. Strong relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
3. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
4. Experience working with POS systems.

At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories, and at least 4 years of customer service experience.

Starting base pay of $17.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
