Swatch Sales Lead

- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and set sales targets.
- Coach the sales team to achieve performance goals and ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
- Manage daily operations, including efficient staff scheduling, payroll control, and inventory management.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to maintain a high-performing team.
- Execute visual merchandising in line with company standards and maintain store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and act as a role model for company policies and procedures.
- At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail leadership role, with a preference for experience in fashion or accessories, and at least 4 years in customer service.
Starting base pay of $17.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
