1. Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.
2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
3. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, creating an inviting shopping environment.
4. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
7. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
