1. Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, transforming walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around the products.
2. Provide comprehensive information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services, assisting customers in making informed selections.
3. Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets, taking proactive steps to meet key performance indicators.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
5. Engage customers with storytelling and insights about collections, attending product training sessions to enhance brand knowledge.
6. Ensure the sales floor is orderly and welcoming, assist with repairs, and manage inventory and visual merchandising.
7. Collaborate effectively with the team, participating in meetings and contributing to new projects, and assist in training new employees.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods or the watch industry.

2. Strong sales acumen and ability to present technical details effectively.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.

Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods sector or the watch industry.
