- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, transforming walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around the products.
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services, assisting customers in making informed selections.
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets, taking proactive steps to meet key performance indicators.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
- Engage customers with storytelling and insights about collections, attending product training sessions to enhance brand knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor is orderly and welcoming, assist with repairs, and manage inventory and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, participating in meetings and contributing to new projects, and assist in training new employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to present technical details effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods sector or the watch industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
