The Swatch Group, a global leader in the watchmaking industry, operates as the sales organization for prestigious Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Headquartered in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also expanding its own retail presence with Swatch Stores, a Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Advise international customers on watch purchases, serving as a brand ambassador and advisor.
2. Act as the primary contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales support.
3. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer interactions.

1. Experience in retail sales, preferably in the mid to high-end segment.
2. MBO level of thinking and working.

1. Excellent communication and commercial skills.
2. Proactive, independent, and collegial team player.
3. Driven, entrepreneurial, and initiative-taking personality.
4. Sales and result-oriented.
5. Presentable and flexible in availability.
6. Proficient in Dutch, German, and English; knowledge of French or other foreign languages is a plus.

Previous experience as a sales associate in retail, ideally within the mid to high-end market.

MBO level of education or equivalent experience.
