Sales Associate

The Swatch Group Netherlands is a sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and also operates its own stores including Swatch Stores and a Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam.

1. Advise international customers on watch purchases.
2. Serve as an ambassador and advisor for various brands.
3. Act as the point of contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales.
4. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer engagement.

2. Experience as a sales associate.
