1. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge.
3. Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
4. Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $17.65 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
