1. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues with a positive attitude to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Support daily store operations, including processing sales and returns, managing inventory, and adhering to operational policies and procedures.
3. Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
4. Uphold workplace safety standards.

1. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
3. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
4. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm for sales.

1. Proficiency in using POS systems.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.

Starting base pay of $16.20 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
