Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues positively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with outstanding product knowledge.
- Support daily operations, including sales processing, returns, and inventory management.
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Uphold workplace safety standards.

Skills

- Experience with POS systems.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
Compensation
Starting base pay of $17.65 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Swatch Culture
The role is based in Etobicoke, Ontario, at Sherway Gardens. The work environment requires moderate physical effort, significant walking and standing, and involves lifting and handling store fixtures.
