1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
2. Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
4. Uphold workplace safety standards.

1. At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. Experience working with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build effective relationships and work well in team environments.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
4. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
5. Passion for sales and fast-paced environments.

A minimum of one year of retail sales experience, ideally within the fashion or accessories sector.

Starting base pay of $15.60 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Part-time employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and have the opportunity to work flexible hours.
