Sales Associate

The Swatch Group is a global leader in the watchmaking industry, known for its renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Certina, Hamilton, Rado, and Balmain. The company operates from its headquarters in Eindhoven, supplying independent jewelers, large retail chains, and its own stores.

1. Advise customers on purchasing Swatch or FlikFlak children's watches.
2. Manage the commercial presentation of products.
3. Handle service inquiries and follow up on repair requests accurately.

1. Previous sales experience in retail, preferably in the fashion segment.
2. Strong communication and commercial skills.
3. Driven, proactive, and responsible.

1. Proficiency in Dutch and English.
2. Additional language skills are advantageous.

Some sales experience in retail is required, preferably in the fashion segment.
