1. Achieve personal sales targets
2. Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
3. Ensure the store is always clean and tidy, with all watches set to the correct date and time
4. Display new products in accordance with Swatch guidelines
5. Adhere to company policies regarding working hours, timesheets, internet and telephone usage, and dress code

1. Experience working within retail sales
2. Previous experience working towards sales targets and KPIs

2. Ability to build and sustain lasting customer relationships
3. Organized and time-efficient
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience working within retail sales and towards sales targets and KPIs is required.
