1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Swatch products.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Swatch products and brand heritage.
3. Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked at all times.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Support the team in achieving sales targets.

1. Previous retail experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in French.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
