1. Provide exceptional customer service and convert walk-in traffic into clients.
2. Offer detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
3. Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and sharing product knowledge.
4. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives linked to KPIs.
5. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
6. Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
7. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
8. Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
9. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
10. Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries, and inventory management.
11. Support visual merchandising implementation.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
13. Assist in training new employees if needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to understand and present technical details.
4. Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.

Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast-moving goods/products or in the watch industry.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
