- Provide exceptional customer service and convert walk-in traffic into clients.
- Offer detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and sharing product knowledge.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives linked to KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
- Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries, and inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising implementation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
- Assist in training new employees if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast-moving goods/products or in the watch industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
