- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, fostering excitement and desire for Swatch products.
- Convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers by providing detailed product information and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in product selection by building confidence and offering knowledgeable suggestions.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments.
- Share product storytelling and benefits with customers, enhancing their brand experience.
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and brand knowledge.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Assist with repairs, strap and battery changes, and inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure an appealing store presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to exceed objectives and participate in team meetings and projects.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Fluent in French with a very good level of English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably within a fast-moving goods environment or the watch industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
