1. Deliver exceptional customer service and convert walk-in traffic into clients.
2. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
3. Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering suggestions.
4. Gather customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
5. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives linked to KPIs.
6. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
7. Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
8. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
9. Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
10. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
11. Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries, and inventory management.
12. Support visual merchandising implementation.
13. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
14. Assist in training new employees if needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to understand and present technical details.
4. Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
