1. Engage customers with enthusiasm about Swatch products and their history by sharing brand knowledge.
2. Greet customers with a pleasant, welcoming, and polite demeanor.
3. Sell and process payments for products.
4. Open and close the cash register and store independently.
5. Receive and verify products, ensuring proper merchandising.
6. Participate in after-sales service and minor repairs.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product display.

1. Commercial training from Bac to Bac+2 level.
2. Initial experience in sales, with a passion for the watchmaking, jewelry, and/or luxury sector.
3. Strong affinity for Swatch products and knowledge of the industry.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
