1. Provide and maintain exceptional customer service.
2. Convert walk-in traffic into clients by creating excitement around the product.
3. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
4. Assist customers in making selections by offering suggestions and sharing product knowledge.
5. Gather customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
6. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
8. Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
9. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
10. Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
11. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
12. Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
13. Handle cash register and settlements.
14. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
15. Support visual merchandising implementation.
16. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
17. Assist in training new employees if needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the watch industry.

Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast-moving goods/products or in the watch industry.
