2. Convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around the product.
3. Provide comprehensive information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
4. Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering informed suggestions.
5. Collect customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
6. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Take necessary steps to meet objectives linked to KPIs.
8. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
9. Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
10. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
11. Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
12. Stay informed about the latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
13. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
14. Assist with repairs, strap changes, and battery replacements.
15. Handle cash register operations and settlements.
16. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking new stock.
17. Support visual merchandising implementation to ensure visual appeal.
18. Collaborate effectively with the team to exceed objectives.
19. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
20. Assist in training new employees as needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.

2. Strong sales skills.
3. Ability to understand and present technical details.
4. Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.

Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast-moving goods/products or in the watch industry.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
