Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around the product.
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering informed suggestions.
- Collect customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Take necessary steps to meet objectives linked to KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
- Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with repairs, strap changes, and battery replacements.
- Handle cash register operations and settlements.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking new stock.
- Support visual merchandising implementation to ensure visual appeal.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to exceed objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast-moving goods/products or in the watch industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
