1. Deliver exceptional customer service to each client.
2. Convert walk-in traffic into clients by creating excitement around the product.
3. Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
4. Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering suggestions.
5. Gather customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
6. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
8. Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
9. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
10. Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
11. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
12. Assist with repairs, strap changes, and battery replacements.
13. Handle cash register operations and settlements.
14. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking new stock.
15. Support visual merchandising implementation.
16. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
17. Assist in training new employees if needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.

4. Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.

Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
