Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service to each client.
- Convert walk-in traffic into clients by creating excitement around the product.
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering suggestions.
- Gather customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
- Process payments ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance product and brand knowledge.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with repairs, strap changes, and battery replacements.
- Handle cash register operations and settlements.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking new stock.
- Support visual merchandising implementation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
- Assist in training new employees if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
- Excellent customer service focus.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Positive, innovative, and motivated by continuous improvement.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
