Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clientele.
- Convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around products.
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making informed selections by offering suggestions and sharing product knowledge.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
- Process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Share product stories and benefits with customers to enhance their experience.
- Attend product training sessions to continuously improve product and brand knowledge.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with repairs, strap and battery changes.
- Handle cash register operations and settlements.
- Support inventory management, including receiving and checking new stock.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to ensure an appealing store environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to exceed objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales abilities.
- Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical details.
- Competence in using POS systems and handling transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
