1. Provide and maintain exceptional customer service.
2. Convert walk-in traffic into clients by creating excitement around the product.
3. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
4. Assist customers in making selections and share product knowledge.
5. Gather customer feedback and share best practices.
6. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Maintain knowledge of current sales activities and policies.
8. Process payments accurately and efficiently.
9. Share storytelling and benefits related to collections with customers.
10. Attend product training sessions.
11. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
12. Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
13. Handle cash register and settlements.
14. Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
15. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
16. Assist in training new employees if needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the watch industry.
