Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around products.
- Provide comprehensive information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering informed suggestions.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service and share best practices.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Implement strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about current sales activities and company policies.
- Process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Share product stories and benefits with customers.
- Participate in product training sessions to enhance brand knowledge.
- Stay updated on retail and watch industry trends.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with product repairs and inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to exceed objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to projects.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Ability to understand and present technical details.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably within the watch industry or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
