Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers by creating excitement around the products.
- Provide comprehensive information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering knowledgeable suggestions.
- Gather customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
- Process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Share product storytelling and benefits with customers.
- Attend product training sessions to enhance brand knowledge.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
- Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Assist with repairs, strap and battery changes.
- Handle cash register operations and settlements.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to exceed objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales abilities.
- Capacity to understand and present technical details.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
