3. Provide comprehensive information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
4. Assist customers in making selections by building confidence and offering knowledgeable suggestions.
5. Gather customer feedback and share best practices within the organization.
6. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Maintain awareness of current sales activities, payment, and exchange policies.
8. Process payments with accuracy and efficiency.
9. Share product storytelling and benefits with customers.
10. Attend product training sessions to enhance brand knowledge.
11. Stay informed about the latest trends in the retail and watch industry.
12. Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
13. Assist with repairs, strap and battery changes.
14. Handle cash register operations and settlements.
15. Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
16. Collaborate effectively within the team to exceed objectives.
17. Participate in team meetings and contribute to new projects.
18. Assist in training new employees as needed.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.

2. Strong sales abilities.
3. Capacity to understand and present technical details.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
