1. Act as a brand ambassador by providing customers with a memorable experience through quality service and personalized assistance.
2. Drive sales growth and achieve commercial objectives through a strong commercial acumen.
3. Engage customers by sharing knowledge about Swatch products and their history.
4. Greet customers with a pleasant, approachable, and polite demeanor.
5. Conduct sales transactions and process payments.
6. Independently open and close the cash register and store.
7. Receive and verify products, including merchandising setup.
8. Participate in after-sales service and minor repairs.
9. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including product displays.

1. Commercial training equivalent to Bac to Bac+2.
2. Previous experience in sales, with a passion for the watchmaking, jewelry, and/or luxury sectors.
3. Strong affinity for Swatch products and knowledge of the industry.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

A minimum of one year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury or watchmaking sectors.

Bac to Bac+2 in a commercial field.
