1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
2. Act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador, embodying core competencies such as customer focus, drive for results, and creativity.
3. Support daily store operations, including sales processing, returns, and inventory management.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
5. Uphold workplace safety standards.

1. At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. Experience working with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build effective relationships and work well in team environments.
3. Self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm.
4. Passion for sales and fast-paced environments.

Minimum of 1 year in retail sales, ideally within the fashion or accessories sector.

Starting base pay of $17.85 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
